Student Services


Here at Chiltern, we strive to help and support every student to achieve their full potential. We offer a friendly, supportive environment to help you learn, so if you think that you might have difficulties or if you are struggling with any aspect of your course, we can offer help.

We became  ‘Matrix’ accredited (a national standard for information, advice and guidance services) in January 2008 and our staff  will be pleased to provide information, guidance and support. This is impartial, confidential, and free to all current and prospective students.

Student ServicesPlease do not hesitate to contact us with any queries. Our student services staff are based in Reception on the ground floor and will arrange for you to meet with the member of staff who is most qualified to help with your needs.  Student Services staff also deal with your Attendance incentive, travel claims and CRB checks.

There are a range of advisory forms and leaflets available in our Reflection and Prayer room, as well as in the Student lounge on the 3rd floor.
