Learners’ Charter

To help us ensure that you use your time with us effectively can we ask for your help in the following:

• Please arrive on time.
• Please contact us by 9:00am if you are unable to attend college.
• Please switch mobile phones off during teaching sessions.
• Please refrain from eating and drinking whilst teaching sessions are in progress.
• Please switch all music off during classes.
• Please ensure your behaviour does not prevent others from learning.
• If you are away, please ask for missed work and ensure you know what is expected of you.
• Please treat training rooms with respect and ensure  rubbish is placed in the bins provided.
• Please contact your Training Officer in advance if you are unable to keep an appointment.
• You are expected to treat others with respect for their individual differences.
