Your Entitlements Explained


Your entitlements is a term used to describe the way in which you are informed about what to expect from your learning programme and what is expected from you.


What you can expect from us:

 

  • We will help you draw up an Individual Learning Plan to help you set challenging but achievable targets throughout your course.
  • Appropriate training and support to help you achieve your  qualification.
  • Regular reviews with your Training Officer.
  • A safe environment in which to work and be assessed.
  • A learning environment free from discrimination.
  • Use of the library resources.
  • Use of the computer suite.
  • Careers advice.
  • An induction session before starting every course.
  • Information about relevant opportunities available.
