How do you get started?

What to Expect

Once you have applied and successfully passed your interview stage, you should then be starting in your placement. When you start your training course at Chiltern Training, you will be invited  to an induction. This is an important part of your course and is compulsory for your training.

A Training Officer (T.O.) from the college will be assigned to you. They will visit you in your place of work to carry out observations, reviews and aid you with planning. The dates and times for these will be agreed with your T.O. as and when required. Your T.O. will work in partnership with you and your employer to ensure that your programme runs smoothly.

If you have any queries about your course you can contact your T.O. or tutor for more information. Please feel free to contact any staff at Chiltern Training for more information on 0118 956 6995.
