Learner Feedback

Chiltern Training is committed to listening to the views of its learners on a regular basis. You will be given feedback forms to complete twice a year, as well as when you finish your course. This will allow you to have your say on what works and what you would like to see happening at Chiltern Training.

Suggestions Box

There is a suggestions box placed in reception for you to make any suggestions or comments on any subject at Chiltern Training. These will be reviewed every month.

Focus Groups

There is an Equality and Diversity Committee that meets bi-annually. To ensure all groups are well represented and to promote best    practice and address issues.  If you would be interested in being a part of this group, speak to a member of staff.

The Managing Director visits all classes during the first week of every new term. Please use this opportunity to give her your views about the training and support you may need.
