Free Training Needs Analysis
A training/learning needs analysis (TNA) is a review of learning and development needs for staff, volunteers or trustees within your setting.

It examines the skills, knowledge and cultural behaviours that your people need, and advises on how to develop them effectively.

Organisational TNA should ideally be undertaken at 3 different levels with your setting:Training Needs Analysis
  • Organisational level
  • Room/departmental level
  • Individual level

It is important to examine the setting as an organisation but this needs to be balanced with the needs of  teams dealing with specific age groups, and individuals.
