At Chiltern, we work hand in hand with our employers to ensure we are meeting the demands of our local business and educational communities.

We strive to ensure that our students undertake the courses or qualifications which are of most value to themselves and to the settings in which they work.

We seek constant feedback from students and employers alike, and act upon this to continuously update and improve the training we offer.

We work with over 200 settings in the South East, including schools, pre-schools, day nurseries, after school clubs and children’s centres.

We provide a wide range of training including bespoke courses which are designed and delivered for individual settings.

We offer networking opportunities to meet and discuss current issues in the sector
