Here at Chiltern, we recognise the importance of ensuring all staff are kept up to date with changes in the Childcare sector.  To help promote good practice, we offer a series of workshops which are available to all levels of staff.

These workshops are available to be delivered in—house for a minimum of 10 candidates.

Each workshop is delivered by an expert in their field and certificates of attendance are available for your CPD file.

We also encourage the practice of self appraisal and at the end of each course, Reflective Practitioner  forms are distributed for completion and maintenance in your CPD file
