Babysitting

This babysitting course is aimed at young people in Years 10 and 11 who wish to offer their services as a babysitter for friends and family.

It aims to give young people a basic knowledge of the role of a babysitter, and will help them to develop the skills needed to ensure the experience is rewarding for the child, the parents and themselves.

The course is made up of 6 one hour sessions taught once a week at your school or youth centre. A certificate will be issued at the end of the course for full attendance.
